Elizabeth del Carmen Lopez Guzman, born on August 21, 1988. She lives in San Rafael, a neighborhood of Tipitapa. She has two children, a 7 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. The 7-year-old girl is studying at school and she is in the first grade. Elizabeth is studying primary pedagogy at UNAN Managua. In December, she concludes her studies. She has been a teacher for seven years. Elizabeth has been on the Dream Team of FundaCristo for two years. 

As a  family she likes to eat together and talk with her daughter. Her dream is to finish her studies. She dreams that Fundacristo is able to grow and expand to where God is taking them. She likes to work for the foundation because she has received a lot of support from the administrative staff, both personal and professional. She loves the Christian environment that we all profess. She has been separated from her husband for two and a half years. She lives with her two sisters, mom, five nieces and nephews. 

Mariela Jacqueline Valle Carballo, born on July 21, 1983. She lives in Cristo Rey and has been working for the foundation for two years. She is studying administration at the university in Managua.  She likes working for the foundation because there is a good work environment where she has found compassion, support, respect, harmony, in the teaching staff and other collaborators. 

She has two children, one who is 14 years and the other is eight years old. Both of her children are studying. One is in the third year of high school and her daughter is in third grade. Her daughter is sponsored by the foundation. She enjoys doing to church with her family. Her house is made out of concrete. She lives with her husband and her two children. Her dream for the foundation is that every day it grows in construction and blessings for the children to increase. Her favorite verse is Psalm 91. Her personal dream is to complete her studies and help more children.

Emilsa Gissell Godinez Ardila, born on December 24, 1992, lives in Cristo Rey. She has been working for the foundation for two years. She is studying accounting at the university in Managua. She likes to work for the foundation because he is a Christian and cares that the children of her community can be released from poverty. She gives thanks for the foundation and their support of Christ center education. She likes FundaCristo management system and the human resource director. 

She has a three-year-old girl who is in the first grade of preschool. She is married, and she likes to go on walks with her family. Her dream is that the foundation has the complete high school. She believes that Fundacristo‘s dining room is amazing and they provide delicious meals to the children. Also, that there is a place at the table for every child. It is the best school and so she believes it will stay that way. Amen! Her favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 33:3.

Arlena de Jesus Gadeza, born on December 19, 1983. She lives in the  capital city of Managua. Arlena has been on the Dream Team of FundaCristo for four years. She likes to work for the foundation in completing the vision and mission that God has given us to advance the Kingdom of God. We act as ambassadors in advancing His Kingdom. Allowing others to know and experience His love. 

The  dream she has for the foundation is that it grows geographically in other parts of Nicaragua. That  it impacts thousands of lives. Her personal goal is to grow spiritually, and that Jesus always protects her. She lives with her daughter who is 13 years old and is in the 8th grade.  Her favorite bible verse is Psalms 23:6. 

Ramon Rosendo Quintanilla Calero, born on September 23, 1961. He currently lives at his mother-in-law's house, with his three children. He has two sons and a daughter. The boys are 21 and 16 years old and both are studying. His daughter  is 33 years old. She has a disability, but the Lord has blessed her with an amazing life. Ramon has been on the Dream Team of Fundacristo for over three years. 

His reason for working for the foundation is to see the example of service that he has observed during his time with FundaCristo. He also enjoys helping each child. His favorite bible verse is Matthew 15: 10. Cooking together as a family is what he enjoys most. His dream is that the foundation grows every day, in the name of Jesus. Personal goal is to continue working and helping children until God allows him to.
